Sourcing The Best Supplies
Fabric comes from reputable and trustworthy vendors. Before being transferred to the cutting department, it is examined and kept on racks in the fabric warehouse.
Tech Pack & Pattern Development
To fit the necessary sizes and designs, patterns are made. Every product has a distinct pattern that has been painstakingly created.
Cutting & Printing Process
Following sourcing, the cloth is divided into panels according to the designs. These panels are then printed or embroidered based on the needs of the customer.
Sewing & Quality Check
The pattern is brought to life by sewing cut panels together. To ensure the highest quality standards are maintained, every item is thoroughly examined.
Pre-Production Sample (PPS)
We make a sample and send it to you for approval prior to mass production. We move on to the next phase after approval.
